If Regence FEP is not the primary insurer, submit claims to the primary insurer first. Please include primary payment information when submitting paper or electronic claims to Regence FEP for secondary payment. Regence BlueShield of Idaho offers health and dental coverage to 140members throughout the state.

Regence offers dental and vision insurance in addition to health insurance. Its health insurance offerings include Medicare and private insurance plans.

Regence is owned by BlueCross BlueShield but is available only to customers in Idaho, Washington, Oregon, and Utah. The dental option has no pre-existing condition waiting period. The Dental Option uses the BlueCross BlueShield Participating Dental Network regardless of which medical network you select.
