ELIGIBILITY FEDVIP is available to eligible federal and U. Postal Service (USPS) employees, annuitants, and survivor annuitants, as well as certain retired uniformed service members, active duty family members, and survivors. Federal annuitants are eligible to enroll in FEDVIP if they retired on an immediate. A member of a family who receives an immediate.
