Sunlife dental plan

Let them know that you have a new Dental plan with Sun Life and that claims need to be sent to a new location. Just share your dental ID card with them and they will have all of the information they need. You can access your dental ID card by signing in to your Sun Life account or through our Benefit Tools app.


When choosing a dental plan , it’s important to consider the coinsurance amount for different types of procedures, your deductible, plan maximums, and using an in-network dentist. Our network is made available through dentists under access arrangements with Dental Health Alliance, L. Dental Care benefits help plan members and dependents pay for eligible dental procedures that are provided by a licensed dental professional.

Our standard plans for Basic Dental Care include coverage for preventive and diagnostic treatment. Be sure to select the correct plan when you begin your search. If you are not sure which plan you are on please check your Dental ID card or call 800. You may also refer to your plan network directory for a listing of Plan Dentists. Note that your Plan Dentist must be a general dentist, not a specialist.
