The DBFI PPO Preventive plan offers a benefit for preventive , basic and major services, therefore members who enroll in the DBFI PPO Preventive plan will earn coverage credit. The MetLife Dental Plan is a NYSUT Member Benefits Trust (Member Benefits)-endorsed program.
